We loved this hotel's location near ancient sites and free bike rental. The veranda was perfect for monkey watching, and the Sri Lankan curry was the best we had. The staff were very sweet and provided good service.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Great colonial-style hotel, very charming, with a large garden, comfortable and well-sized rooms with good quality bedding. the staff is very friendly and helpful, offering support to access local sights. A good breakfast and dinner served with plenty of options to choose from. Best aspects: the hotel location is excellent, with easy access to important historical sights, the temple, and the royal garden. the town is ideal for getting lost in local markets, admiring the architecture, and enjoying the local cuisine. You can also rent bikes and explore the surrounding nature.
The hotel is a bit overpriced. Some areas need improvements.

The hotel is conveniently located near many tourist sites, making it easy to explore the ancient stupas, Isurumuniya, and Ranmasu uyana. The staff is polite and eager to please, providing good service throughout our stay. The hotel also offers delicious curries in the evening, and the breakfast served is first class. The spacious rooms are well-appointed, and the bathrooms are clean and nicely designed. Additionally, the hotel provides driver accommodation, which is a great convenience for guests.
The air conditioning in the rooms took quite a long time to cool down, and the water pressure in the showers was inconsistent, requiring constant adjustment.
